<rtt..so far
i have rechecked all solder joints
reflashed conductor twice
still no better see attached control panel screen shot
found the problem
if light o rama listener is running on pc the conductor will not accept the sync time command
if you unload the listener the conductor responds fine to sync time command
-
Possible running a Mac with Windows on it?
What kind of PC is it?
-
windows 7 8 core processor
not the problem the other conductor i built the sync function works fine
-
Password issue is my guess, anythng else you would not be getting the info you are.

Is the battery in correctly and have good volts?
-
swapped battery with other conductor no change
used the cf card from working one
password was the same for the card
-
is this on the board that you mod?

The Conductor status looks good. As RJ said it looks like a password problem.
To confirm this can you "Disable Schedule"? IF not then it's a password issue.

no mods on board i will setup a new cf card and see if it makes it any better
-
just curious since you did mod the board as per this post http://diylightanimation.com/index.php?topic=10104.0

Ok, my bad
I would reflow the solder joints on the rtc board then, both on the sides of the header pins.

new today will let me disable schedule and set volume
sync time does cause it to flash red updating time but time does not change on conductor
reflowed all solder joints i could access without removing board
on conductor and rtc board

any thoughts

Monitoring with Wire Shark - if the LOR Listener is running, it is FLOODING the system with Multicast packets for every connected universe.
