Title: Active and Passive Hub Coop - Closed and Shipped

This Co-Op is for the 16 Port Active Hub, 4 Port Passive Hub, and the 16 Port Passive Hub!!!

Please read this post completely before participating in this Coop.

For any information on any of this equipment please refer to the proper forum and ask your questions there to keep this coop forum clean and easy to follow.

By participating in this Coop you agree that the Coop manager and DLA (as a board and to also include all administrators, moderators, and members) shall not be held responsible for any liability. 

You are joining this Coop at your own risk.  As with any Coop, this Coop is subject to the Forum Coop Rules.

This coop may close when limits of 100 Active Hub, 100 4 Port or 100 Passive hub have been reached or at 6 p.m. PST on 4/19/2013 OR AT THE DISCRETION OF THE COOP MANAGER.

ALL KITS WILL INCLUDE ALL PARTS AND THE PCB!!!!
PICs will be programmed.

Kit #1 Active 16 Port Hub:  The Hub can support up to 16 Smart String Controllers.  Parts + PCB
Per Kit At Qty 50 - $60.45

Kit #2  4 Port Passive Hub: This kit includes Parts + PCB
Per Kit At Qty 50 - $11.91

Kit #3 16 Port Passive Hub:  This kit includes all Parts + PCB.
Per Kit At Qty 50 - $42.61

Kit #4 12 volt Option for 16 Port Hubs: This kit includes all parts for 12v DC optional input
Per Kit At Qty 50 - $5.25

You can update or change your order during the ordering portion of the Coop. 

Shipping will be by US Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes.

Insurance Regular, amount of coverage 
$ 0.01 to $ 50.00           $1.85 
50.01 to 100.00             $2.35 
100.01 to 200.00           $2.90 
200.01 to 300.00           $4.85 
300.01 to 5,000.00        $4.85 plus $1.10 for each $100 or fraction thereof over $100

We cannot be held responsible for your package once accepted at the post office and we have a receipt of shipment if it is not insured.

Another update.
Since there are no PCBs required for the 12 volt option, the 3 members that ordered only the 12 volt option will get their packages shipped tomorrow. You should have them in a couple of days.
All of the components have been sorted. As soon as the PCBs arrive, we will start shipping.

Weekly update.
All of the kits are sorted and bagged. The elf helpers have been sent up north to help with Freebirds SS coop.
All the PICs are programmed.
All the shipping supplies are here.
All of the flat rate boxes are here.
Hopefully the PCBs will show up next week and we can start shipping.

Weekly update.
PCBs arrived.
All kits have been sorted.
Almost all the kits are boxed.
We managed to get some of the orders in to small flat rate boxes instead of medium so some of you will be getting refunds on the postage.
I hope to have everything mailed out by the end of next week.

I do the coops because I want to give back to the group that helped me. I don't have the knowledge to help with the technical stuff, so this is a way for me to help the DLA community.
It's kinda fun too.

Just a quick note/comment....

The change in shipping costs is quite significant for me being Canadian. I'm *VERY* happy you were able to squeeze it in. The savings will be going right back to the DIY community as I have a laundry list of things to buy still this season. Thank you for running this and making it even more economical for us!
