Title: Release 3.6.0 and 3.6.1 are released

xl/nc release 3.6.1 released

Moved Effect1 and Effect2 into tabs. This should gave lots of space back and may work with lower resolution screens,
Bug where Pinwheel data was not rendered has been fixed.

3.6.1   Nov 6,2014
   -bug (dkulp) Pinwheel effect was not producing data in Preview screen or on lights, it is fixed now
   -enh (sean) Move Effect 1 and Effect 2 into tabs  . This gives more space for the preview screen
   -enh (dpitts) Selected objects in the preview are yellow , not magenta

at 17:30, the sound seems to stop and not come back.
