This Co-Op is for the Smart String Controller (SSCv4) !!!
Please read this post completely before participating in this Coop.
For any information on any of this equipment please refer to the proper forum and ask your questions there to keep this coop forum clean and easy to follow.
By participating in this Coop you agree that the Coop manager and DLA (as a board and to also include all administrators, moderators, and members) shall not be held responsible for any liability.

This coop may close when limits of 500 SSC v4, OR AT DISCRETION OF THE COOP MANAGER. If limits not reached by 3:00 pm PDT on 4/28/15 the coop may be closed.
KIT 1 WILL INCLUDE ALL PARTS AND THE PCB but no pigtails!!!
All other Kits are for Pigtail options only. If you want a certain type of pigtail included you must include them in your order!!!!
PICs will not be pre-programmed in this coop

The pricing below will include all fees, shipping and handling charges to get the items to the Coop Manager.
Kit #1 Smart String Controller v4: This kit includes parts for the SSC v4+PCB. Parts + PCB,
Per Kit At Qty 100 - $7.68
Kit #2 Cat5 Pigtail: This kit will include ONLY the RJ45 pigtail. The Pigtail is the female connection at the end of the Smart String Controller that the cable coming from the Hub will plug into.
Per Kit At Qty 100 - $1.95
Kit #3 3 PIN Pigtail: This kit will include ONLY the 3 pin pigtail. The 3pin is the male and female and it can be used to connect the strings to the SSC.
Per Kit At Qty 100 - $0.97
Kit #4 SSC4 PCB only NO parts
Per kit at Qty 100 - $2.02
Kit #5 4 PIN Pigtail: This kit will include ONLY the 4 pin pigtail. The 4pin is the male and female and it can be used to connect the strings to the SSC.
Per Kit At Qty 100 - $1.65

As always higher numbers reduce pricing and lower numbers increase pricing.
You can update or change your order during the ordering portion of the Coop.
Shipping will be by US Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. We can fit 6 kits in a small flat rate box. More than 6 will require a medium flat rate box.
Small - $6.28
Medium - $13.02
If you wish to have insurance on your package it is your responsibility to choose the amount and lookup the cost to add. You must add this to your Paypal payment and in the comments explain you paid for insurance and how much coverage. We cannot be held responsible for your package once it is accepted at the post office and we have a receipt of shipment if it is not insured.
Post with the quantity you wish in this thread. Please do not post questions or your thoughts in the coop thread. Start a new thread in the correct area for these. Coop threads are strictly for people requesting orders. If you later wish to change your quantity please post again clearly stating that this is an update to a previous order and how many you wish it to be now.

Could you offer the 4-pin waterproof pigtails as an option over the rj45 pigtails?
many of us have learned from painful experience that the rj45 has waterproofing issues unless handled with care (?? spray coating, etc.)

To all coop members wanting to add 4 core pigtails to this coop, please read the following:
The 4 core pigtails will not be offered in this SSC4 coop as it is a modification to the original design of the SSC4 desired by a few people, unless a

ps. i believe most of us are using them in place of the Cat5 pigtail not to the strings. so basically use a cat5 with a rj45 on one end and the 4 pin on the other.

He is sorry on the delay and wanted me to relay that to the coop members.

Great news :)
All pigtails have arrived. I will be sorting them and will make every effort to get all orders out by saturday.
As A plus I asked ray if he could provide samples for members of this coop. He included a box with many different types. I will be including some in each kit order. Some of you may not be aware of what he has to offer. Though you could probably use them for testing , they are more of a reference to see an actual product.

All orders are shipped except for 2 that need address verifcation, pms have been sent for the 2 . Please note the attached picture as it will show you the labels of the bags in your kits so please read them for proper assembly of each board. There are a few parts that look the same but if you follow the labels you will be good to go. Have fun :)
