    -- enh (gil) Added settings option to toggle between showing effect icons and backgrounds.
    -- enh (gil) New effect: Galaxy (similar to SuperStar Spiral effect)
    -- bug (gil) Prevent timings from being inserted over other timings due to rounding of position to time conversion.
    -- bug (gil) Fix Model dialogues issues caused by sorting.
    -- bug (gil) Allow 25ms and 100ms sequences and limit which timings are available to be added.  Fixes #198.

I'm sure you have answered this somewhere, but I'll be darned if I can find it.  I am developing on a Mac but I plan on running off a cheap PC.  Can I copy the work over to the PC and just run it there?
