Title: RJ45 Weatherproof jacks
Post by: bisquit476 on July 14, 2010, 07:18:26 am
Not sure if anyone has found the Neutrik RJ45 jacks cheaper, but here's a place that seemed reasonable:

and snap top covers

That is a reasonable price... I'm trying to find something similar where only one hole has to be drilled for ease of installation... but it gets all stupid expensive when you consider each Aether needs two.

Here is the cheapest I found at $20. Many places want about $30.

And here is a stupid cap for $20 as well:

$80 just for 2 jacks and 2 covers? Sheesh. I'm tempted to go to Alibaba, buy 500 of the darn things, and set up my own co-op since we have enough Aether interest to make it worthwhile.
