I was not able to get thin wall PVC.

My solution came from the Dollar store.
For 1$ ea, I got a few spice botlles. 
It's one of those rare win/win situations. 
I got the bottles the wife kept the contents.
I works great for me.  To compensate for the fact that the bottle only opens from one end, I left more wire in the bottle in order to be able to easily get the PCB out in the event that I need to reprogram it.

Does anyone know of a source of good information on basic circuit design and theory? Basically a low level overview or electronics book for "Dummies"
