Did the Express kits we purchased last may in the group buy have the snubbers on the board?

However the TP3244 do not curently support the TM180x chip (and maybe never will).

Actually, the firmware is written, just publicly not out there yet. If or when that happens is anyones guess. It does exist though.  It may be available if you ask....not sure.  There is a video on ACL of TM1804 running on the TP3244.

Maybe Google thought it was not worth the effort to put a big page up since everyone should have been out showing their support for those who have served and not at home on their computers.

No, this is the first post I have made about the sale.  Sorry, had some issues come up at home and have not posted sooner.

For now, all the boards are spoken for.

Thanks.

Olive Studio / Re: Will Olive be Free or Pay for Use?

If you are running a small display...less than a few hundred channels. Freeware will probably handle it fine.  With the complexity required to run and efficiently sequence some of the coming multi-thousand channel display with RGB, you are going to need to pry open your  wallet.

I think the statement is absolutely true.  People have no issues spending thousands on hardware, but than complain when they have to pay for the most important part of the equation.

That tracking number is fake.  He puts in in to "stop the clock" so the order doesn't get canceled 5 days after you place it.

Yeah, I have seen this same technique used to bypass the clock.

does anyone expect to see these things pop up in some of our vendors inventory?  certainly a company like CGI could have the ability to get these right?

Anyone trying to sell anything like these would be subject to the same licensing requirements with Philips.   There are currently sources available in the US for similar strings, but the cost is higher than this DIY solution.
