I have some Pixabulbs on the way for some testing. They have very good reviews. They are a little bit more but given the recent quality of the Technicolor pixels and the fact that the cover is integrated I am willing to spend a bit more.Is there another source, besides DiyLedExpress?
Thanks for the tip on how to do that, I bet it would work with the Fox song that PeteandVenessa shared! Been wondering how I would delete channels and keep the effects, did not know the clone controller would keep the track out there.
I also found it is easier for me to just sequence a few channels (like just the arches) all the way through, and then come back and flesh out the other items. Found it's not such a menagerie of effects then!
To finish the topic up, there is no reason we can not add 2811 compatiblity if the firmware can operate both. It appears looking at it that we could keep one firmware. But this will take me time to change the firmware a little. Once the Conductor bug is fixed and the slave firmware is being tested then I could look at it. But we will still be supporting the 12v version and I am not sure they are any cheaper.<res.
There is move than everyone knows in play and we must be able to support it all with one firmware or it is not going to fit into the plan.

The cheapest I have seen those retros was $1.00 a piece and that was in a pre-sale. Still at that price it may be cheaper to use RGB pixel nodes with a C9 cover. Pixels are now .40 + .12 cover = .52
Sabie I thought you had some PixelNet gear. If so you could control 128 pixels with single controller and only use one port on the hub.
