I am running Windows 10 and I have one arch element of 8 arches, each with 48 nodes.  They display fine.  On all the issues like this that I have seen on the xlights forum the solution seems to be in the "appearance" properties.

You might be better off asking about this in the xlights forum, ie, get a faster answer there because it is where the developers are.
I just did a copy and paste of her original post in the xlights forum under "bugs"

When we click the dot. The resizing tool appears but is totally non responsive. Won't even relocate.
Don't know if this matters but we're on windows 10.
Possibly a bad download or install??

xlights / Question on custom object in layout

Hello all,

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to setup a sphere object in layout?  Having trouble trying to figure out exactly how to map it out.  Details below. 

It won't be a very large sphere, it will be RGB nodes, will have 6 rows total, the outer rows will have 4 bulbs, the middle rows will have 9 bulbs, and the inner rows will have 12 bulbs.  They will be hand made, similar to the old sparkle balls made out of the plastic cups. 

So looking for ideas on how to map that for a sphere layout under custom object.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Nutcracker: RGB Effects Builder / Question for Sean on custom objects setup in layout

Hi Sean,

I was looking to see if there is a way to have a sphere built as a custom object in the pick list or how would I go about creating a sphere for RGB in the layout setup?  I can't wrap my head around how to design a layout for a sphere. 

So wondering if you had any suggestions, or were able to set it up as an object to pick from.  I have the latest version of the x lights/ nutcracker v50 installed but didn't see a sphere as an option.

Ideas or suggestions?

Looking to buy an active or passive hub. 

First preference would be a 16 port active hub if anyone has one, but if not will take a 16 port passive hub if anyone has one. 

Please message me or let me know if anyone has anything available.  Show has grown quickly and realized I am short on hub/SSC's. 

So a hub would be the most ideal for what I need to do if anyone has anything.
