Vixen / trouble with vixen program

When I run all of my sequences, it turns all the lights on.
When I schedule a program using these same sequences, the program starts to run, but the lights don't turn on. The music is playing, but no lights come on.
Any suggestions? I am running vixen 2.1 with an Arduino mega
