This may be a silly question, but are these v5.0 or v5.1 PCB's. I assume they would be v5.1 but want to confirm.
I think the v5.1's have mount holes that line up in the new CG-1500's, while the v5.0 have mount holes that line up in the old CG-1500's. Is this correct?

I used Vixen 3.1u2 (Build #66) with the USB DMX Dongle with multiple Freestyles and Expresses in the same DMX Universe without problem. It's configured as "DMX Pro" with comport settings 115200,8,N,1. I didn't come across any complications, just make sure you have the right comport. Vixen3 does require a bit of setup to patch elements to controller channels though - I assume you did this

I've confirmed everything works on the 3-phase system as long as the set of SSR4's is on the same phase as the FS controlling them.
Multiple FS's on different phases in the same DMX Universe is not a problem. It's when you mix'n'match FS and SSR4's on different phases that the dimming is problematic for reasons mentioned earlier in this post.
