Are you running Windows XP? If so, make sure that you have downloaded the latest version as it will place the protocol plugins in a different location.

CG-1500 & CG-2000 = about $8 with a minimum of 10pc per item per order.
TA-200 = $2.49 with a minimum of 10pc per item per order
Just ordered 10 of the CG-2000 with no issue. They indicated they would probably only be taking orders for another week.

I think I might have an extra dongle PCB that you can have. I don't have the parts as I orderd parts for just one from Mouser and this was an extra PCB. I will have to make sure of where it is when I get home next week. Let me know if you are interested. RJ usually has extra PCBs also.

Here is something else to check. Right click on one of the DMX tracks. Clcik on Configure Track. Then click on the DMX tab. Make sure that Supports Intensity is checked.
