OPERATION NUTCRACKER - Decorating Sean's House
« on: November 04, 2013, 09:25:51 am »
I had a chance to stop by Sean's house to check out his Halloween display in person.  QUITE IMPRESSIVE.

As you probably know, Sean (smeighan) had heart surgery 6 weeks ago and is not fully recovered and has lifting restrictions.  In our conversation, Sean suggested that November 16th would be the day he would like assistance in setting up his display.  That said, this is an invitation for anyone in the lighting community in the Denver/Front Range area to come donate some time/labor to help set up Sean's display.

Of course, with it being November in Colorado, weather can be hit or miss, so exact times will be nailed down as we get closer.  This is really to get an idea of who is available.  You can either respond to this post or PM me, and then we'll provide more details as they become available.

Thanks,
Steve

Gary, unfortunately, I probably won't be available to help because I've been very sick myself (Flu like?) and continue to be.  I haven't installed 1 bulb on my house or yard yet, so I'm hoping to with a recovery soon, I can get to my own show eventually.

i need to bring my (2) 9' nutcrackers up from the basment
i need to hang (64) 30cm snowfall tubes in my front tree

my 10lb weight limitation is now 25lb so i can do much of this myself. I am healing faster than the average patient according to my nurse. it has been 6 weeks.

I wish I was in town, but alas I am a thousand miles away to come take part as I am sure I would learn a massive amount on the hobby and the software!

Did you really me 5M as in 5 meter arch like across the bottom or total length of the arch?!!

Sean do you have videos online someplace of last years show?
