Yes, shipping is usually $15 and the antenna is $12.

Yea, a $27 dollar savings is a cool deal.  What exactly is the procedure here.  Do you just email them with your request and they set up an invoice or do you put in the order and then email them?

Email them and say your member <xyz> from diylightanimation board ... I suspect they may send you a sale URL or something?   EDM transmitters are great and they really do support the product well.
