what is the screen resolution for full screen

What is the screen resolution for full screen. I have a video up in 240X320 and its creating a small screen. I remeber i used to have to up the resolution, just dont remember to what.

What options do you have set for the video monitors within LSP?
Do you have your sequence set to sequence form the video or is it just set to sequence to an MP3 and use the video as a media clip?

Are you playing the video using output on from the sequencer or thru the scheduler?

I just import it in the place of the mp3 file, and im playing it inside the sequencer.
