The 100uF capacitors should be 647-UVZ1E101MED, not 647-UVZ1E101MED1DU. The latter parts have cut and formed leads, while the former ones have uncut, straight leads. Electrically, the parts are interchangable, and if you have ordered the ones with the formed leads, a few seconds with a pair of needlenose pliers will make them work.
