Annimation frame error

I have just started to use LSP. I tried to add a live transition and got the following message. Anybody know what i am doing wrong. I am running windows 7 64 bit. All of the animations I tried generated the same error.

"There was an error getting the animation frames from the transition video.This can be caused by incompatible video format or missing codecs.. Please edit the transition settings to locate a compatible transition video."

Any help would be appreciated.

Rick, Did you install the k-lite codec pack?
