I'd leave the internet on 1 since that works best. Change LSP to work with NIC 2. Put the new address on NIC 2 and add the route statement and see how it works. You weren't seeing any issues with xLights before so I don't there will be any issues there. Are you still testing with LOR too?

Xlights does not shut down the internet, but I cannot get Xlights to run on Nic 2. There is no setting that I can find within the setup to select which network. I have a question for that in the Xlights threads, but have not received an answer yet.

I own LOR V3.8 With all of my problems last year I wanted options so my primary sequencing and test software is LSP. I was just playing around with the LOR software and it did the same as LSP.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in xlights you configure the multicast address of the Etd.  After you add the IP address and route statement we are telling your PC to send any traffic for the Etd out NIC 2 so it should work. You are directing traffic at the IP level and do not have to change anything in the xlights setup.

That would be great! It will be about 3 more hours before I am home from work to test.

After I set the ip to 10.0.0.1 And sent the Command: route -p ADD 239.255.0.0 MASK 0.0.0.255 10.0.0.1

This is what it says:

Ok, 2 things. First did you set the 2nd NIC to address 10.0.0.1?  It doesn't look like it. I don't see it in your route table and it should be there.

Second, it looks like you need to run CMD.exe as Administrator to not get the elevation error in windows 7. In the search window for windows type CMD.exe. The result should come up under programs. Then you can right click it an select Run as Administrator. Then you should be able to get the ROUTE command to work.

Ugh, sorry I think I had Microsoft's terminology wrong on the route statement.  Try

route -p ADD 239.255.0.0 MASK 255.255.255.0 10.0.0.1
