Thanks for kind words everyone.  We got home yesterday evening and was happy to see my show running well upon arrival.     We're doing good, but kinda crashing feeling jet lagged.  Real happy I got the kinks worked out prior. 

I have fooled with various output times and have settled with the stock 30ms of LSP.  I tell you what the twinkle effect at 30ms has so much more wow than at 50 or 70.  Also the lights seem more accurate too.  The one sequence that is transition heavy does lag worse at 30ms but I think it is a fair trade off... 

No Santa hat yet, but we are enjoying the elfish way she looks with her stocking cap on with the seam running front to back.
