Update 004 -- 02/04/2013

Major Activity:
 - Sent out payment notices
 - Received payments - All but one member paid
 - Sent PM to wait list for for the one kit available

Awaiting:
 - Receive payment for last kit
 - Finalize membership (will be completed when the last kit is paid for)
 - Order USPS flat rate boxes
 - Order PCBs and Heatsinks
 - Order parts from Mouser
 - Order shipping supplies
 - Receipt of all items
 - Sorting
 - Shipping
 - Close out COOP

Notes:
 - I will be ordering the parts from Mouser this week.  Some parts are backordered (really partial ordered), so I will be recieveing some parts in 'batches'.  This means I will be able to begin sorting some--but not all--kits when I receive these partial orders.  These will be used to fill and ship kits to the members in the order in which I received payment from you.  You can see what order number you are by looking on the member list (page one second post) and looking at the rightmost column. 
- This COOP posting and forum will stay open until I am assured that EVERY member has received their kits and there are no issues with the orders.

Don't get too anxious.  We are about 1-2 months away from shipping.  We are moving down the COOP lifecycle nicely, it just is never very quick.
