New etherdongle and conductor firmware programming.

I just built my etherdongle and conductor. Ready to connect the two. Do I program the etherdongle before or after I 
I connect the two.

it is easier to connect the Programmer before you connect the two together but as said, it doesn't matter otherwise.

What I did was test my etherdongle first using its firmware to make sure it was working 100% before reflashing with conductor firmware and testing that.
