Knowing I am going to be on a cruise until October 4th. The only reason I joined this COOP was that was the end date. I will not be able to pay until that date.

He did say that the payment window was a week and 2 days fits within that window so I don't think that will be a problem.

Payments will not be due until sometime after the 4th.  The 2nd is just the order cut off date.  I still have to get final costs and payment PM's out after I know how many are ordered.  That alone can take over 2 days so you should be fine.  Enjoy the cruise.
