Login) and verify the number of each kit you have in the coop before proceeding.
Each Aether II kit (Kit 1) is $70.50 each
Each Lens kit (Kits 2-5) is $5.25 each
These prices include the PayPal fee and coop fee; however, shipping will still need to be added to the kit costs above.
I can fit one Aether II kit (Kit 1) and 1 or 2 lenses into a small box. More than that must go in a larger box so shipping is figured as follows:
One Aether II kit (Kit 1) and up to 2 lenses will be:
$6.15 to the US. PM me if your country is not the US.
Anything over 1 Aether II kit or 1 Aether II kit and more than 2 lenses will need a medium box and be:
$13.09 to the US. PM me if your country is not listed.
Also, if you live Australia and I can fit your shipment into multiple small boxes, I may do that.
The shipping costs include the PayPal fee and coop fee. Make sure when you send payment, do the following:
In the subject line of your payment, put: Aether II - username - your name. For instance, my subject line would read: Aether II - lonewolf41 - Keith Siddall. This will make it MUCH easier for me to see who has paid and to cross-reference users with their usernames. In the body, put how many of each item you are paying for.

I need to get all the payments in by Friday, October 11, 2013 @ 7:00 pm Eastern to get this coop done and out ASAP. Anyone not paid by then will lose their kits and I have to put your kits up for sale.

**NOTE**
If I can get payments in by Tuesday (10/8), I can get stuff ordered next week. My wife is off next week and has offered to sort parts which means I may be able to get everything shipped by the end of the month...pending PCB delivery.
If you want to add insurance, you will need to add it to your payment and let me know you did. The insurance info is attached to this post.
