Vixen Help tab

I'm having problems getting Vixen (v2.1.1.0) to work. I want to make sure I'm doing what I need to to to make it work, so... to the Help section! In Vixen, on the top bar is a "Help" tab. Then "Contents F1". When I click the contents, I get the help screen, but then "Navigation to the webpage was canceled"

Where can I get the "how to", step-by-step, "Vixen for Dummies" book/manual for Vixen?
