Lynx express slow response

If I don't use like half to 1 second segments the LE DOESNT  turn the lights on. If I set ou a really fast flash like in Amazing grace it dies nothing no flash any help.

is it a new LE just built? has it worked before? does the onboard test work fine? are you sure it is the LE and not the sequence program?

Or COM port setting/USB 2.0

Do the self test first, lights should cycle relatively fast (never timed it though).  Then check if USB is 2.0 and you have a good USB cable, then COM port should be set to 115k
