LE channel gone Wild
« on: November 26, 2014, 03:25:04 pm »
So on one of my LE's channel #1 has gone wild. The LED is lit and in sync with the song but the snowflake takes on the synchronization of other channels. It's just channel #1 that has gone wild all other channels work fine. Should I start with the Opto chip?

Replaced the Opto chip, the snowflake is still marching to someone else"s drum.  <fp.

Greetings,,,

For grins, can you swap the output snowflake to another channel and put a different light on channel 1 to test?

Ok the problem followed the channel not the snowflake. I switched out the snowflake and the problem stayed on channel one. I then switched channel one and two and problem went to snowflake two.

Found and fixed it!! As in most cases it was a programmer error and the LE works just fine.  <fp.
