I have two different sets of pixels that are different configurations. They are on the same SSC but set up as different elements in my configuration.
Will LSP allow me to set some of the elements as RGB and others as GRB? Or do I need to put them on different SSC's?

I am not an LSP person, but color order is always physically controlled by the controller. I doubt that you could have two different types of nodes on one SSC. At least I have never seen one.

Right click on your individual channels, select configure channel and set the colors to respond in the order you need them to be in.
