Finally assembled one of the Aether II from last year's co-op and it comes on ALL WHITE with power.  Ignore the switches.  I've never had a bridge on the 20 pieces I've built before, so wondering if the PICs were not programmed on that one and what an Aether II would do with non programmed pic firmware.

Could very well be a unprogrammed PIC,  when power is applied 3.3 volts is sent from the PIC to all the LED voltage controllers turning them off.

I got a chance to stuff a pickit on it this morning and it was blank, that PIC.  I flashed the test and sure enough white red green blue flashed by.  The checksum does not match the wiki, but will reflash tonight with the real hex file and continue on.
