vixen download problem

I try to download vixen & get a window that tells me it is not 64 compatable then closes?
im on windows7 i need help so i can start programing
i have a dell laptop with windows 7 home premium
3.4 windows experience index
64-bit operating system
i have try to download ever vixen verison still wont work

What version of Windows are you using?

What version of Vixen have you downloaded?
