I have been transferring from XP to Vista 32 bit with no problem.  Should work OK.

Simply yes =)  Done this a couple of times.. XP to Vista to Win 7 without any issues as long as you have the compatible Vixen on each.  (IE 2.5.X on all or 2.1 on all)

I run vix 2.1 on Windows 7, that is the computer that I progrma my lights on - then I save the files to my show computer (vix 2.1 with wondows XP) and it works just fine.
