Greetings Fellow DLA Members,

This is a Coop for the Lynx USB DMX Dongle Version 2 Case.

Please read this post completely before participating in this Coop.

This coop is a CASE ONLY coop for the Lynx USB DMX Dongle Version 2 case.  
No other parts or PCBs are included in this coop.  
This is the correct case as specified in the BOM with CNC machined openings for the USB connector, the RJ-45 connector, and the two status LEDs on the PCB.  
The cases will include the cover, the cover screws, and the screws to attach the Dongle PCB inside the case.

By participating in this Coop you agree that the Coop manager and DLA (as a board and to also include all administrators, moderators, and members) shall not be held responsible for any liability.  
You are joining this Coop at your own risk.

As with any Coop, this Coop is subject to the Forum Coop Rules.

This Coop will close at 9:00 P.M. PST / Midnight EST – Sunday, January 30, 2011.

Once the Coop is closed I will send each member a PM confirming the details of their order and the payment amount that is due.  
Full payment is expected when the coop is closed since the order cannot be placed until all members have paid.  
Please submit your PayPal payments as soon as you get the Coop invoice PM.  
Please select “Goods” when submitting your payment and please insure your PayPal shipping address information is up to date so that I can generate a shipping label for you.  

Here is the pricing breakdown based on the initial quote from the vendor.  
Pricing is in US Dollars and includes PayPal and Coop fees.

Lynx USB DMX Dongle Version 2 Case

Per Case at Qty   25 - $8.25
Per Case at Qty   50 - $6.50
Per Case at Qty 100 - $5.75
Per Case at Qty 250 - $5.00
Per Case at Qty 500 - $4.50


As always higher numbers reduce pricing and lower numbers increase pricing.  
You can update or change your order during the ordering portion of the Coop.  
Please make sure that number of cases listed for you in the 2nd post in this Coop thread is the number you want to order.

Shipping will be by US Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes.  
Up to two (2) cases can be shipped in the small USPS Flat Rate Box.  
I found it is slightly less expensive and requires less packing material to ship orders of 3 or 4 in two small Flat Rate boxes so that will be the primary shipping method.  
Orders of 5 or more will be in Medium Flat Rate Boxes.  

UPDATE for Int'l shipping:  I just discovered that the USPS has a Priority Mail International Large Video Flat Rate Box with rates to Canada & Mexico at US $11.95 and all other countries at US $13.95.  Its size is 9-1/4”x 6-1/4” x 1-3/8” which will let me ship up to 4 dongle cases in 1 box rather than using 2 of the small Flat Rate Boxes that I had originally posted.

This box is not available for shipments in the US however.  Sorry

All Other                  $13.95 (1 to 4 cases)         $27.90 (5 to 8 cases - 2 LVFRB noted above)     $45.50 (9 to 18 cases)

According to the vendor, the current lead time for machining the cases is 3 weeks from the time the order is placed.  
If all payments come in promptly, I would hope to place the order no later than the 7th of February which would tentatively have them shipping to me from the vendor by the end of February.
