Ssr4 capasider is no longer?
« on: January 24, 2011, 03:11:20 pm »
The parts list link for the ssr4 with dmx option has a capacitor that is apparently no longer.

 Aluminum electrolytic capacitor - leaded 25v 100uF 20%

14-xrl25v100-rc

Is the replacement part that they suggest ok to use?

Thanks,
Ratroder

I used the replacement and it seems ok. However I've only tested on the bench. It hasn't been used in a display.

The sub they list 140-REA101M1EBK0611P looks to be a drop in replacement, all the specs match up to the original.
Looks to be OK to use.

The replacement, as wbeuhler says, is a drop in and should work OK.
