When will the ED be ready for others to program it?
« on: April 17, 2012, 10:26:54 pm »
I'm intrigued by RJ's mention (on video) that the EtherDongle could be reprogrammed (PIC32, 100 Mbps ethernet...) by hobbiests.  He said there would be some documentation later.

Is that still in the works?  It sounds like an interesting platform.  Perhaps I could help with documentation, if that is the sticking point.

Just trying to get the conductor out and then the documentation will follow of the pin outs and ect. Then people can use it like a suped up turbocharged audino on steroids.

That's cool cause you know we like suped up turbocharged stuff on steroids. If we didn't, there would be nothing but static lights on the house, and a lot more cash sitting in the bank.

RJ,

After spending most of my money on three previous coops, I still have money left for a conductor.  So, anytime would be fine!   >.d9

Now, buying the smart strings (which I have none) is another matter.   <md..
