SSC Passive/Active Hub Power option?
« on: April 17, 2012, 10:30:59 pm »
Just wondering......... Do the 16 Port Active and Passive Hubs offered in the current Coop come with the 12 Volt option parts that where available as a seperate kit in the original Coop?

I don't use PC power supplies, as I have a lot of surplus power supplies, and will need to source the optional parts if they don't.

Cheers

THe picture of the passive 16 port seems to show that spots for the 12v optional kit to be installed.

You can order the option parts direct from mouser... look up the the hub in the wiki, and use the mouser ordering link for ther 12v option.

the passive hub doesn't use all the parts of the 12v option for the active hub

Sorry Guys,  but I did not include the 12v options in this coop.  I had too many things going on and didnt want one more thing to confuse me anymore.   ::)
One day I will fly out of the fog and all of this will be seen clearly!
