UPDATE for Int'l shipping:

I just discovered that the USPS has a Priority Mail International Large Video Flat Rate Box with rates to Canada & Mexico at US $11.95 and all other countries at US $13.95.  Its size is 9-1/4”x 6-1/4” x 1-3/8” which will let me ship up to 4 dongle cases in 1 box rather than using 2 of the small Flat Rate Boxes that I had originally posted.

This box is not available for shipments in the US however.  Sorry
